The use of a caterer is welcomed here at St. Joseph’s. There are numerous caterers here in the Macon area that would be happy to cater your event. The renter is solely responsible for the actions of the caterer, therefore please make sure the caterer is aware of these guidelines. If there are any questions, you may contact the Church Office.

1. All beverages, food, equipment, extra tables, chairs, etc., must be brought in to the Social Hall on the day of the event, within the designated rental time.
2. No food or drink may be served from the outside of the Social Hall.
3. Bar set-ups must have protective material under all ice chests and kegs. A bar is not allowed on the stage area.
4. The Caterer is responsible for leaving the kitchen in the same condition it was in when the rental began.
5. After the event is over, all trash is to be bagged and taken to the trash dumpster located in the side parking lot.
6. Anything left in the building is not the responsibility of St. Joseph’s Church.
